Remember a while ago we were discussing that case in WA where
the court threw out the conviction based on violation of the eavesdropping statutes?

Here's a CA appellate decision, hot off the press, that takes
a realistic view of parental control over minors.
Although it does not deal with eavesdropping, it was a good
decision:

IMO, the defendant's parents need some serious
counselling...........
