any idea when details of the specific charges ap and royer got convictions on are available?

I called the court earlier today to see how I might obtain a copy as well as any transcripts. I ended up getting connected to someone who likely was a bureaucrat whose excuse was: "Just because something is available to the public doesn't mean it's public record." WTF?

I'll be trying other sources, assuming it doesn't show up on Pacer first.
