What is the legal way of posting stock picks in public with the price that the stock that you brought? The reason why I asked this question is I have seen several guru anounce trades in public at a specific price and then I pull up a time and sales to see how many shares was shorted at the price only to find out the guru was lying about the price because there was very few shares traded at that price or I would have 90% of the shares traded(i was short too) at that price in my trading accounts.
