It's not that I'm not appreciative, but the price on the deal was kind of stingy. The problem is that there's not that much float out there. Message 20701399 With Eastman throwing in the towel. It should be a lock on a done deal. Minority shareholders do have dissenting rights. I'm sure there will be an opinion from an investment banker as to the fairness of the deal. Danisco still might throw minority shareholders a bone and pony up maybe 75 cents. I'd be surprised if we get anything more than that.
