question on corporate tax loss carryforward. WCOM went BK and emerged as MCIP, paying off its bond holders with equity in the new corp. Is MCIP allowed to use the tax loss carryforward that WCOM built up? or did the BK vaporize it? also, if losses occured as result of illegal activities, are the losses usable to reduce current income> tia. larry
