Gary, I looked into TLSP a little bit more in depth and found out that they have a book value of over 9/share. However, only $2 or so is in tangible assets. The other is in "goodwill". What is this goodwill and how are they able to put it on their balance sheet. Furthermore, they have a lot of debt. If APAC were to buy them, they would be able to gain market share, but would add to their debt. TLSP looks kind of fishy to me.
