Not sure about sub personnel. Most would probably prefer to shoot Tomahawks. But the surface fleet has plenty of EOD's, Seabees, MAA's and others who would probably go.

My point is, we've only scratched the surface in giving out bonuses. No sense assuming they won't have any effect and cashing in our chips with a full scale draft, especially, one not supported by the American people.

Fess up Mike, you've been draft happy for years and have consistently underestimated the effects other enlisted tools have had. :)
