What is "mind-boggling" about the laws requiring reasonable accommodation of religion in the workplace? I thought that looked like reasonable accommodation, if what the company said is true. I just looked to see if there was other info out there but didn't find anything. If what the company said is true, I don't know why the government would pursue a case.
