Some of my adversaries might tell you that they'd prefer not to litigate against too many more fools like me, too many inconvenient facts a great deal of investigative research brought to my attention, and now in turn the Court's. But, the old adage is a wise one in most cases. I have notified U.S. District Judge Sparks that if my case is ordered to proceed then I have good cause to believe that a qualified law firm will come on board.

For now, I'm left with no other choice, which is why I took action against my former counsel for breaching the retainer agreement they had with me. So, one great thing about our system, which is very different say in Europe, not permitted in major cases, you're still permitted to represent yourself in civil matters in federal court. No special treatment as a pro se, but you have the same opportunity to bring your case.

He who represents himself in a court of law ...... Has a fool for a client.
