Stevie, why don't you obtain a copy of the complaint and all filings from the District Court before making any assumptions. You'll even find some trade records among those filings - thousands of securities transactions worth hundreds of millions of dollars. Then again, considering your record of posts here, you won't let a little thing like the judicial record get in your way, will you?
By the way, you continue to fail to answer a few simple questions. Kind of like Berber and Moor that way, admit/deny tough questions not your cuppa tea, is it? Still, let's give it a shot, Day Three now:
1. Did you ever trade for your own or a proprietary account a securities recommendation you made in affiliation or association with Anthony Elgindy, a.k.a. Anthony@Pacific, Tony, AP, Anthony?
2. Did you ever execute a securities transaction before a recommendation in that security was issued publicly to InsideTruth.com and/or Silicon Investor members?
3. Did you ever cover a short position, i.e. purchase to return a borrowed security, while recommending to InsideTruth.com or SI members to short-sell the same security, in other words, did you ever recommend to InsideTruth.com or SI members that they should take a position in a security directly opposite to your own? |
