Did SNDK explain why the huge jump in the foundry losses this Quarter?

Part of the reason why Product Gross Margins jumped from around 29% in the 3rd Quarter to 32% in the 4th Quarter appears (from the financial statements) that their JV was selling SNDK wafers at a loss. If you add that loss to Cost of Product, Product Gross Margins are around 29.7%.

This quarter, there was a tremendous increase in the loss attributed to the JV. During the CC, did SNDK discuss this? One trend that is somewhat interesting is inventory turns -- they are declining.
