Why not? You know that nothing that matters actually matters. Here are a couple "matters" to me. Probably need to verify that back to the SEC filing when it comes out. With about $3.3 Billion of cash equivalents. Thats alot of cash flow and cash hoard. For a no respect future combined enterprise totaling about $25 Billion currently of markIT cap.
