My apologies.

Under the Operating income line item, I knew that SNDK invested in the JV as well as other foundries. I was mistaken to say that the Loss on Foundries was attributable to the JV. To be correct -- it is not

Under "Other income(loss)" is where I believe the JV is running through the Income Statement. While it is at a loss, it isn't something to be concerned about at this time.
