Yes, there was a peacekeeping mission in Bosnia, with American troops. What is your point? It was nothing at all like W's mess in Iraq.

Your "fact #4" is, of course, exceedingly ironic in light of the Iraq situation, but that's another story. In fact, all the Hertitage BS about "military readiness" is too funny for words compared to what W's war has done on that front. Who says irony is dead? One good thing about W's war is that it'll keep him from starting another one for a while.
