Whats the point?? I'm not saying what your saying is necessarily wrong. Never is a word I seldom use, but never is a good word to put before "draft". I bet they go to duration + 6 months, something I've suggested elsewhere a year or so ago, before they draft. They may even prefer to pull out of Iraq and let it collapse before they draft. "Read my lips, no new taxes."
