I looked at TIC, as posted a few posts back. There might be some hope for them.

I briefly looked at ALTI, but I didn't get the warm and fuzzies about the company. I will look at it next week.

I knew BMD a few years ago. I think the limestone quarry will proceed, but I doubt the company will ever make money. Until they remove all the management and directors they had a few years back, especially Rowe, my guess is that BMD is a lost cause.

I will not be able to spend time researching these stocks until next week.

For background, all three of the mines have reasons for signing agreements to try to make use of their tailings that have nothing to do with the viability of the concept. I don't think any of them really care if zircon or rutile recovery is feasible, but they have to allow the investigations because they don't own rights to the minerals (for the most part).
