How about systemic harm, which is a key to the reasoning behind the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act being made law by Congress in the first place. If some members of society are permitted to engage, for whatever reason, in a pattern of consistent and repeated illegal activity through legitimate American commerce, then it's the end of civilized society based on the rule of law as we know it.

I do think the fact that no real harm was done is a mitigating factor.

You called a United States Attorney "dangerously obsessed" here in public. Maybe you should have reviewed the evidence before making that reckless statement, what do you think.

And not having read the trial transcripts and exhibits, I can't say I know what I'd feel had been proved and what had not been proved.
