It's funny that the Sales departments for Home Builders have been reporting just the opposite - the credit quality of potential buyers is significantly lower than it was a couple of years ago and declining very quickly since Spring of 2004. I wonder what financial companies have been reporting improved credit quality, and what they mean by that? .
