I suspect there would be much heavier turnout, that the margin would be bigger, and that the outcome would be different. If the margin is big enough, then there is no challenge. But none of that means that the vote would be cleaner, only that the distortions wouldn't matter in terms of a challenge. Until and unless they change the system, there will not be a clean vote. And they can't change the system timely enough to affect this term of office. Four years from now, maybe.
