My grandmother was born and grew up in Missouri, and my brother lived there until really recently. He was at the movie with me, and it was his observation that I was passing along. Not everyone who lives in Missouri is a redneck. Those characters in the film definitely were. I was complimenting the film, not denigrating rednecks. Perhaps you should see the movie and see if you agree.
