bob, the insider you refered to... does he work for CKE.CHKR, or Fidelity National title (as you know Fidelity is another company run by Bill Foley that has a large stake in CHKR. ) By the way CKE stake in Checker's is now 26 % . Not including fidelity's stake which is 4.2 % . I live up here in Santa Barbara ( as does Bill Foley ) and have been long CHKR for a while......waiting, so any news would be appreciated. I will do the same. Most of what I am hearing is that because Bill has put his people in at CHKR focus on this one over RLLY, but you can never tell in this business. Bill Foley has 453,754 shares of CHKR and warrants to buy another 854,700 shares at a price of .75 . I think those figures are accurate. ALL of his top people at Fidelity bought into CHKR at 1.19 in Feb of 1997 with no-sale restrictions for 1 year. This information is all available at the SEC edgar site. joe caetano
