Well and good. Maybe it's a weird version of the Stockholm Syndrome affliction I'm feeling, but I'm beginning to gain a certain affection for the inventive names I'm earning here. I mean, "Pathetic Punk Intellectual Sadist"? Coming from friends of the racketeering-extortion-obstruction-of-justice-witness- tampering Enterprise, it would warm any litigant's heart.

Now RainSeeker, while I've given detailed answers to the many SI "deposition requests" I've been called on to answer, from multiple parties, you are now on day four of failing to answer a few simple questions:

1. Did you ever trade for your own or a proprietary account a securities recommendation you made in affiliation or association with Anthony Elgindy, a.k.a. Anthony@Pacific, Tony, AP, Anthony?

2. Did you ever execute a securities transaction before a recommendation in that security was issued publicly to InsideTruth.com and/or Silicon Investor members?

3. Did you ever cover a short position, i.e. purchase to return a borrowed security, while recommending to InsideTruth.com or SI members to short-sell the same security, in other words, did you ever recommend to InsideTruth.com or SI members that they should take a position in a security directly opposite to your own?
