We really don't disagree...The first part of their defense would be, they have the statutory authority to regulate, comment on, investigate, whatever, to fulfill their mandate of promoting mining in AZ. The second part would be that, in the case of IPM, they discharged their duty responsibly, etc. The Court evidently said no to the first part, end of story, IPM wins, without even getting to the second part. I would rather that the Court had said yes to the first part, and then gone on to say no to the second, to show that the AZDOMM was full of sh*t on the issue of whether IPM has the goods.

This would not allay any of my fears, because I am already convinced, and I have no fears...but it would allay fears of others who are not into the stock, and help convince the market that this is for real.

The only ambulances I can see involved with IPM are the meat wagons they send to clean up the carcasses of the MMs who have coronaries the day the BD report comes out
