Well I guess we have been pretty mean to those folks, putting an end to their profits off the oil for food program.

Making them look incompetent by sending a Carrier an choppers to deliver supplies to the tsunami struck countries, while the UN was still debating.
Lowering the value of the dollar so they bought goods and vacations over here instead of at home.
Maintaining a lower unemployment rate than any of the Europeans.

So there is much to be done to get back in their good graces.
Offer them employment as security guards in Iraq, increase the value of the dollar, fire some of our employees over here, start buying French wine again, and stop trying to outspend the Europeans on disaster relief efforts- it makes them look bad.
Let them have a few oil development jobs in Iraq while we provide the guards and security.
