Tnx for that update - seems to be following some others style but very cautious - I can live with that also Other properties would spread the risk but not just picking up any property - I know what that approach can lead to - look at GIX I`ll keep a lookout for their next quaterly . DAE seems to have come to life with that 2 nd property - hope they have the talent to manage both those types
