"Domestic goddess" would be defined by domesticity or divine beauty? Not really domestic, except for the occasional wild cleaning frenzy and cooking the turkey for Thanksgiving, but qualifies otherwise. I like to cook, so it all works out.
BTW, there's nothing wrong with arguing about politics or anything else. The trick is to be an effective advocate for your position, which does not translate to reflexive contrariness, shouting down (or banning) your opponent, or evading real issues with snide insults (or simple evasion). Occasional ridicule is inevitable, though, when people are particularly thickheaded or otherwise deserving. Some people also need to get a sense of humor and learn how to take a joke. Taking a funny poke at someone is not necessarily mean spirited.
In any case, yes and yes. Sleet/ice tonight. Red wine, white wine (I have a unique, but very successful wine buying strategy. Maybe I'll share it one day if I think ya'll deserve it.), Bass ale, Bitburger pils (Abends Bit, Morgens fit!), Amstel or Becks Light, all depending on mood, food choices, carb-consciousness and weather. Oh, water's good, too. |
