I only mention the 3:1 because it is more advantageous, and probably more equitable. But no way am I going to hold out for that exchange. Too many positives sit in the pro-merger column.

If you're looking for 2:2 or $1000/oz gold anytime soon, you need to think about taking off those rose-colored glasses.

Bookmark this: In mid-February the groundwork for a new, combined miner will be announced, and you will be tendering (or selling, if you don't appreciate the potential) your shares.
