If you have a "boat load" of WHT, then you must have confidence in the company and its management.

And if that's the case, I don't understand how tendering "is not an option for you." If the merger goes as I suspect it will, you will have no choice because WHT will cease to be traded publicly. So you will either have to tender eventually or sell your shares outright.

As I see it, if you sell your shares outright you either don't have confidence in WHT and its management, or you think combining with GG will seriously dilute WHT's prospects. And I don't see anything in GG's numbers or management that says the latter.

It's obvious we're not going to bring the other over to "our side" so let's say we agree to do the bookmark thing and then see who was the better card reader a couple of weeks from now.
