United Dominion Industries Limited Adds Product Line August 29, 1997 United Dominion Industries Ltd. announced the acquisition of Keystone International's AWWA butterfly valve division. This product line addition is for CMB Industries, a unit acquired during United Dominion's purchase of Core Industries this summer. CMB, located in Fresno, Calif., supplies pressure reduction valves and backflow prevention products for the municipal water works market. The AWWA butterfly valves are sold to the same customers. Terms were not disclosed. United Dominion manufactures proprietary engineered products for customers worldwide. The company employs 10,500 people at 68 plants in 16 countries.
