Pump and Dump? This stock has gone from .03 to a high of .20 since Dec. 10th without a single press release of any kind from the company. Not a single PR firm has issued any kind of coverage on the company to potential investors. So, where's the pump? The up volume has been MUCH higher than the down volume. So, where's the dump? For anyone to claim that Strat Petroleum is some kind of pump and dump has to be insane or just talking re an agenda to benefit themselves. (short sellers) IF this is a pump and dump, it is one of a kind!!!
