What you might want to ask about is whether the US Government assumes responsibility for the treatment of US prisoners transfered to other countries for interrogation. You might want to ask why the US systematically hides prisoners from organizations like the Red Cross who serve to monitor the treatment of prisoners and why the US moves prisoners to countries where torture is accepted as part of the interrogation process.
