Ray, Don't think I get the 8-10 NPL pattern. If there's a reversal that's confirmed, does the chart go in the opposite direction for 8-10 days? And if it's not confirmed, does the chart go in the same direction for another 8-10 days? As for kangaroo tails, Elder doesn't use candlesticks. Here's part of the text: Whenever you see a very tall bar (several times the average for recent months) shooting in the direction of the existing trend, be alert to the possibility of a tail.
