Unfortunately is is designed for robbery. Many people don't contribute to the system until they retire. Then they work the needed quarters for the benefit.

Others place family members on business payrolls. They don't work and often aren't even in the country, but payroll deductions go in anyway. Then Grand Mama not only collects SS but flies into the states to use her medicare

The only people forced to pay into this system are those enslaved in jobs.
