Agreed. Clearly it's a bigger threat than 6 or even 3 months ago. The fact that it warranted an editorial in the NEJM and that Tommy Thompson thinks it's the most important public health threat to come for the US should be a wake-up call to lay people as well.....it has the potential to make SARS look like a summer cold.
