Yes John - he really said it. Russert had to push several times - and jfkerry said softly under PRESSURE he would do it - after several times saying the data had been disclosed.

Perhaps it is like WMDs - nothing there despite all the protection against inspection - but I wonder?

Frankly - I think kerry is running again!
