Thanks again, Goldsheet. I wasn't able to find currency in circulation with my own searching. Do you know how to interpret these figures from your links, ie. is this a true measure of how much is known to have been printed, or is it based on dollars circulating in the US derived from bank statistics? I've also heard several times that more US paper currency is thought to exist in circulation outside of the US than inside, but I suppose this assertion should also not go unchallenged, if you know authoritative sources that state differently.
