Boudin and Gilbert didn't drop out of the Weather Underground, although the group had become inactive a few years before because the members were either in jail, dead or in hiding. The Black Liberation Army working with two white radicals for a particular robbery (because they wanted some white faces driving the getaway vehicles) doesn't convert them from what they already were into something else, however. The Brinks robbery was just the final criminal act by Weather Underground members.

I think its disgusting to try to make heroes out of these thugs. Shame on you for doing so and holding them up as heroic to young people.
