I have been following the dialogue about life slowing down after you cross the river.....you, croc, sioux, polvy and scooter.

And, it is both wonderful and powerful.

For mice elf, it was never "one thing" but a series of crises (some really bad) and joys (really wonderful ones) ...each one, after is was over, slowed my life down. They were all incidences that changed the way I looked at life. I'd love to say that my life slowed permanently afterwards as a result of the events....however sometimes it did...but sometimes it didn't. Hell, I'm 59 and and still a work in progress...maybe still swimming in the river.
