Mr. Jacobs Please update us on these developments presented in the July 2004 PR. "Pyng Medical Corp. has received notification that additional patents in the U.S.A. and Europe have been allowed on the F.A.S.T. 1 System." What is the basis of the new patents? "We are currently negotiating for contracts in Europe including a M.O.U. with INNOMED from Belgium who will distribute in Holland, Belgium and Luxemburg". Was the contract finalized? Has distribution begun? If so what type of volume do you expect over the next year? "We have also delivered F.A.S.T. 1 Systems to the British Special Forces, through Fenton Pharmaceuticals in England, for evaluation in Iraq." Have they made a decision to stock the FAST 1 in any medical kits? I look forward to your responses. Thanks Jack
