To all Shareholders! SPWP! Please take notice that Walter Davis Group the previous management have asked to The Bankruptcy court in Texas to reopen the BK Case of 2002 because lately Walter has tried to cash many shares that I believe do not belong to him and I stopped it. Now he refuses to provide us with a bond for the shares that his group apparently lost. He is trying to extort more by using the court. I have no problem fighting then in that court and this time he might have to give us all of the shares back that he claims he owns. I am fighting for me and for all of you and I will prevail. In the next few days I will follow up with more details. He opened his own can of worms. For more details, I will be able to talk to many of you over the weekend and I will be at 727-542-0700 between 11am to 4 pm on Saturday. I am not worry and I am very happy. The company is in good shape and this time I will be able to show the court the kind of person we are dealing with, Sincerely, Mario Quenneville, President and CEO
