From what I saw, they bought the company that was doing all their printing. I think stuff like letterhead, brochures, etc. They paid $100,000.00 US or Can. either way, not that much. Seems for that amount, they were buying out an old buddy who wanted to retire and, hopefully, creates some drastic cost savings going forward for their printed materials. Lets hope they are thinking of ways to utilize the business through logos on their equipment to add some value.
