Funny how BUSH just adopted the centerpiece of Carter's foreign policy as his own: the promotion of human rights (democracy and the rule of law being foremost among them) around the world! What used to be called a 'naive Wilsonian/Carter idea'... is now at the center of Bush and neocon doctrine!
