Royce funds seem to have cut their position
from 3.3M shares at the end of September, to
2.85M shares in the latest 13g filing. The
document is signed by W. Whitney George who
manages or assists managers for Royce microcap,
low priced, and microcap value funds.

He timed purchases (and now sales) in his own
fund FUND quite well. A few references to
him can be found in investment mag articles
if you google for him. FUND is interesting,
it spits off nice long term dividends. I
suppose that is done for tax purposes.
