The Cathedral and the Bazaar...at C:\ ?

At the folder level C:\, 'Program Files' is certainly the Cathedral and 'Windows' must be Heaven...but where is the Bazaar ? Well, just make one with a new folder. For instance I have a C:\Applications as well as a C:\Program Files. Another example, there is a C:\Applications\WPages for web pages written in Notepad and ready for upload. Also, there is a C:\Downloads for html web page downloads and for shareware application downloads before being unzipped into application folders.
