30yr looks good for continued strength in housing market....what better indicator is there for a strengthening economy? Here comes the next wave of refi's! I may be in the market for some new property in Las Vegas IF I can find something cheap??? LOL I'm in serious negotiations for my property....I'll be getting a good price but where am I going to go? Seriously! Vegas has literally run out of land.....I wonder what the future holds? ....Got water? ......ooh look at the futs selling off! (that didn't last long!<g>) I better find some bargains so I have enough extra money to afford more land in the next 6 months?.....next Bureau of Land Management auction Feb 2, the little guy has no chance.....raw desert is going for $200k-$300K acre. If you can afford 1000 acres!<g> A real windfall for the state! This town is amazing!
