KLP: those "multiple political failures" enthusiastically detailed by the NYT and its minions just happened to result in an amazing victory for freedom and democracy.

Bush and the Republican majorities can certainly stand to produce many more "multiple political failures" if the end result is so astounding to its critics and commendable to its increasingly world-wide admirers.

Of course, we know that Chirac will not applaud. Nor will the many dictators who obviously enjoy Chirac's favors.
