Spoken like a true representative of the liberal left. It must be one heck of a bitter pill to swallow the success in Iraq, when you all were hoping so much that they would fail, so that you could rant against Bush again.

In Germany and France, it took 3-4 years to get to an election. In Iraq, it took less than 2 years, and yet you all still say that it's not fast enough.

Iraqis are cheering in the streets about the fact that they have been able to vote for whomever they choose for the first time in 50 years. The blood in the streets that was promised by Zarqawi failed to materialize. The election participation was over 60% and has been a resounding success. Yet you on the left who profess to care so much for the people of the world wanted our troops out prior to the Iraqis establishing their freedom.

You think freedom is bought so cheaply, yet you forget the price Americans had to pay in 1776 and then again in 1861.

You can call me a shithead all you want, but I think you and the others on this thread have shown your true colors. You haven't a clue what it is to be American and why oppressed people believe in their hearts that we are their last and best chance. It's too expensive you say. You haven't a clue.
