They couldn't adopt all marketing strategies. So they made a choice early on to go with established service providers, sign up contracts and the die was cast. A later marketing strategy was of necessity stone-walled. "Sorry, we've got our plans, which were market research tested [ed: giggle], and we're sticking with them". I'm happy with the why. Not that I agree with it, but I understand it. Mqurice
