Cascade, Did you just find out about this thread? I would be interested to know how come we only hear from you now? If what you say is correct I can understand your bitterness. Not being familiar with the circumstances of Plaza, it is difficult for me to compare the two situations. Given the involvement of several reputable firms I tend to believe that this situation may be slightly different. Don't forget as well there are some other DD's in similar situations. No doubt, there is an element of high risk, but most of us knew that coming in. Can you elaborate on the Plaza debacle? What was the stock symbol, which years did this play and so on. Jan A.
