It is also not so much an article as a press release (PRNewswire). In other words, somebody is on somebody's payroll. The details I don't know but he sounds like an apologist for phentermine.

And what the heck does this mean:

"The report also contends that phentermine is known
to decrease the way phentermine is metabolized in the lungs..."
